This privacy policy applies to the NikunjPath app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Abhishek Jaiswal (collectively, the "Application"). Abhishek Jaiswal is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download, register, and use it. To provide a personalized experience and cloud synchronization, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
Account & Authentication Data: Email address, display name, profile details, and unique account identifiers (UIDs) created when registering via Email/Password or signing in with Google Sign-In.
Spiritual Progress & App Data: Daily Jap counters, completed Malas, active daily target goals, time spent chanting, and consecutive streak records.
Automatically Collected Data: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, app usage statistics, and interaction data.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application and its integrated third-party SDKs may use local storage, SDK tokens, and similar technologies to support user authentication, analytics, offline functionality, and cloud synchronization.

Google Firebase (Authentication & Cloud Firestore)
The Service Provider may also disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
When believing in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, user safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the data, and adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
Account and Data Deletion Policy
Users have full control over their personal data and account details. If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated data from our systems:
Email Request: You can send an explicit deletion request by emailing the Service Provider directly at developer.gudh@gmail.com using the subject line "NikunjPath Account Deletion Request".
Data Scope: Upon processing your request, your account credentials, email address, profile information, and synced spiritual/Jap progress records will be permanently deleted from our Firebase servers within 30 days.
Your Rights & Opt-Out Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider at any time. To exercise these rights, contact developer.gudh@gmail.com. You can also stop further collection of device data by uninstalling the Application.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of your data, opt out of any sale/sharing of personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Contact developer.gudh@gmail.com to submit a request.
Data Retention Policy
User Provided & Account Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active. If an account deletion request is submitted, data is purged within 30 days.
Automatically Collected & Analytics Data: Retained for up to 24 months, unless required longer for technical or legal compliance.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase) may transfer and process personal data in secure servers located outside your home country. Standard security safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, are maintained across all data transfers.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal data, it will be immediately removed from our servers. Parents or guardians who become aware of such data collection should contact developer.gudh@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider prioritizes safeguarding your information by utilizing physical, electronic, and procedural protections—including industry-standard Firebase encryption protocols—to secure user data during transmission and storage.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, the Service Provider will notify impacted users in accordance with applicable legal requirements, detailing the nature of the breach and corrective steps taken.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The Service Provider will notify you of any material changes by updating this page with a new effective date.
