This Privacy Policy applies to the Night Cycle mobile application (the “Application”) developed and published by R4AppLab (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a freemium service and is intended for use “as is.”
Information Collection and Use
Night Cycle is designed to minimize data collection.
The Application does not require account registration and does not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, advertising identifiers, or device contact information.
The Application does not implement independent analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Health and Usage Data
The Application allows users to enter certain health-related and lifestyle information, including:
Food logs (e.g., light, normal, heavy)
Water intake logs
Weight entries
Wake time
User-generated text entered in the Chat feature
This information is stored locally on the user’s device.
The Service Provider does not store this data on its own servers.
Uninstalling the Application will remove locally stored data from the device.
AI Processing (OpenAI API)
To provide AI-powered features such as Chat and Coach, the Application sends limited data to OpenAI’s API for processing.
This may include:
User-entered text
Summarized health-related logs (food, water, weight)
Wake-time-based calculations (e.g., hours since waking)
Limited contextual information necessary to generate relevant responses
This data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating AI responses.
The Service Provider does not retain or store this data on its own servers.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If it becomes known that a child under 13 has provided personal data, such information will be deleted where applicable.
