The Neomix software is a smart device management platform provided to you by Beaver Cultural and Creative Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Neomix" or "we").  

We attach great importance to your privacy. This Privacy Policy is a statement and commitment regarding privacy for the Neomix software of Neomix Company, and constitutes an important part of the *Neomix Privacy Policy*. In case of any inconsistency between the special provisions of this Privacy Policy (concerning the Neomix software) and the *Neomix Privacy Policy*, this Privacy Policy shall prevail; for matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the *Neomix Privacy Policy* shall prevail.  

When formulating this Privacy Policy, we have fully considered your needs. It is crucial that you fully understand our practices for collecting and using personal information, while ensuring that you ultimately have control over the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy specifies how we collect, use, disclose, process, and store the information you provide to us when using our Neomix software. Under this Privacy Policy, "**personal information**" refers to various types of information recorded in electronic or other forms that relate to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding information that has undergone anonymization. ## 1. What Information We Collect and How We Use It
We will adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, transparency, and necessity. We collect and use personal information that you proactively provide or generate during your use of our products/services for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or use the personal information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before such use.

Before you provide us with any sensitive personal information, you have carefully considered and confirmed that such provision is appropriate, and you hereby agree that your sensitive personal information may be processed in accordance with the purposes and methods stated in this Policy.  


### (1) Situations Where You Must Authorize Us to Collect and Use Your Personal Information
The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services and ensure our compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other normative documents. You have the right to choose whether to provide such information; however, in most cases, if you do not provide it, we may be unable to provide you with the corresponding services. Please note that we will only collect relevant information when the product has the following related functions (you can learn about the specific functions of the product by checking the product function description) and after obtaining your authorization and consent. These functions include:  

#### 1.1 Smart Device Connection  
To provide you with Neomix software services and enable secure connection and management of smart glasses devices, we may collect your login account information, mobile phone-related information, IP address, list of bound smart devices (device name, device type, device setting information when connecting to the smart device, firmware version), device binding/unbinding status, and association information between your Neomix account and the smart device. This information will be used to provide you with functions such as quick connection, connection, discovery of nearby devices, and device management for smart devices. The detailed list of the above information is as follows:  
- Login account information: Neomix account, nickname, and account details.  
- Mobile phone-related information: mobile phone model, system version information, system language, country/region set on the mobile phone, app store version number, mobile phone screen size and resolution, CPU, and device identification information (IDFA, IDFV, Android ID), and GPS signals.  

Information collected during the smart device connection process: Depending on the type of smart device you need to connect to, we collect the following information:  
- For scenarios where the mobile phone establishes a local connection with the device via Bluetooth, the device sends a Wi-Fi signal, and the mobile phone then connects to the device’s Wi-Fi: We may collect Wi-Fi-related information sent by the device (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi MAC address, Wi-Fi password) and Bluetooth MAC address. The above information will be transmitted through an encrypted data channel.  
- For scenarios where the device and mobile phone are connected only via Bluetooth: We may collect the device’s Bluetooth MAC address, device ID, serial number, and device name.  


#### 1.2 File Viewing Function  
When you transfer and view files, we will obtain the file name, file transfer status (pending transfer, transfer canceled, transferring, transfer completed), storage space status, APP process information, connection status information, device battery level information when connected to the device, and charging status. This information is used for local display only and will not be stored by us.  


#### 1.3 Video Editing Function  
We will read files stored locally on your device and display the video duration for use and display during local video editing on your mobile phone. This data will not be uploaded to the cloud.  


#### 1.4 Device Fault Information  
To match accurate maintenance solutions or provide device maintenance services when a device malfunctions, we will collect your device’s fault information, including fault codes, fault event types, and fault occurrence time.  


#### 1.5 Network Information  
When your device connects to a network, we may collect network-related information, such as the current Wi-Fi connection mode of the device (local area network mode, remote mode), the IP address assigned to the device, the name of the connected Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi signal strength, and the received Wi-Fi signal strength indicator (device RSSI). This information is used to identify device network connection anomalies and assist in troubleshooting and problem localization.  


### (2) Situations Where You May Choose Whether to Authorize Us to Collect and Use Your Personal Information
To better provide you with smart control, management, and other functions for your device and enhance your user experience, our following additional functions may involve the collection and use of your personal information. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use the above basic services, but you may not be able to use these additional functions that can provide you with more optimized services. These additional functions include:  

#### 2.1 App and Firmware Upgrade  
To ensure you continue to access the latest Neomix software services, we may use your Neomix software app version information and mobile phone model to upgrade the Neomix software app. At the same time, we may collect and access your list of smart devices and their version numbers to provide upgrades for your smart devices, ensuring you use the latest version of services (including firmware versions). During this process, we will also display the firmware update progress and host connection status, but we will not store this data.  


#### 2.2 User Feedback  
We may collect the problems you feedback, the problem category you submit, contact information, attached images and videos, and submitted problem logs. This information will be used to help us better understand the issues you encounter and contact you.  


#### 2.3 After-Sales Information  
When you apply for after-sales services, we will collect fault information, as well as the SN code, contact person information, contact phone number, location, and fault description you select or fill in. The above information will be sent to the Neomix server for encrypted security processing and storage. We may entrust third-party service providers to provide you with after-sales services, and only authorized personnel can access your after-sales information.  


#### 2.4 Notification Broadcasting  
We need to obtain notification access permissions to implement the notification broadcasting function. This means our application can read and process the notification messages you receive and convert them into voice broadcasts. We will only access and use notification content when you explicitly enable the notification broadcasting function. We promise to use this data only to provide voice broadcasting services and will not use it for any other purposes.  

To achieve a better user experience and personalized settings, we need to read the list of applications installed on your device. This allows us to provide more accurate notification broadcasting services based on your app usage. We only access the name and icon information of installed apps and will not collect or store any personal data of yours in these apps.  

To filter information and enable personalized settings, we need to read the contact information on your device. This allows us to provide more accurate notification broadcasting services based on contact information. We only access the name and phone number of contacts and will not collect or store other personal data of yours. We promise to protect your privacy and use the contact permission only within the scope of providing notification broadcasting services.  


#### 2.5 Recording Function  
We need to collect your audio recording files to implement the recording function. When you use the recording function, your audio recording files will be saved locally on the glasses or mobile phone and will not be uploaded to the cloud. You can export and delete the files at any time.  


#### 2.6 Voice Assistant Wake-Up Function  
We need to collect your voiceprint information to implement the voice assistant wake-up function. When you use the glasses’ voice assistant wake-up function, you can say "Neomix" to wake up the default voice assistant connected to the mobile phone. Your voiceprint information is used only once to allow the firmware to determine whether to send the corresponding operation command, and we will not store this data.  


#### 2.7 AI Assistant Chat Function  
After you wake up and enable AI chat, we need to collect your chat content. Your chat content will be processed by the large model "Minimax" of a third-party company (Shanghai Xiyu Technology Co., Ltd.). Your sent chat content is saved locally on the mobile phone, and we will not store this data.  


### (3) You Fully Acknowledge That We May Collect and Use Personal Information Without Your Consent in the Following Situations:  
1. Information related to the performance of legal obligations by the personal information controller;  
2. Information directly related to national security and national defense security;  
3. Information directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;  
4. Information directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;  
5. Information necessary to protect the life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the subject’s authorization and consent;  
6. Personal information that the personal information subject has voluntarily made public to the public;  
7. Information necessary for signing and performing a contract at the request of the personal information subject;  
8. Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.;  
9. Information necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as detecting and handling faults of products or services;  
10. Information necessary for news organizations to conduct legal news reporting;  
11. Information necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research for the public interest, provided that when they provide academic research results or descriptive conclusions to the public, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified.  


### (4) Situations Where We Obtain Your Personal Information from Third Parties  
In some cases permitted by law, we may obtain your personal information from third parties.  


### (5) Non-Personal Information  
We may also collect other information that cannot directly or indirectly identify a specific individual and does not constitute personal information under applicable local laws. Such information is referred to as "non-personal information". We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information. The following are examples of how we collect and use non-personal information in aggregated form:  
- We may collect statistical data generated when you use specific services (such as anonymous device-related information, daily active events, page access events, page access duration events, session events).  
- Network monitoring data, such as request duration, number of requests and error requests, etc.  
- App crash events (such as logs automatically generated after an application crashes).  

The purpose of collecting such information is to improve the products or services we provide to you. The type and quantity of information we collect will depend on how you use our products or services.

For example, we may only need to know the number of active users in a day, rather than who those active users are; therefore, aggregated data is sufficient for us to conduct statistical analysis. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, such information will be treated as personal information during the combined use period.  


## 2. Sharing Your Personal Information with Third-Party Service Providers  
Some service contents in this business may be provided by third-party service providers; therefore, we need to provide some of your personal information to third-party service providers. We strictly comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. In case of sharing your sensitive personal information or adding new sharing parties, we will seek your authorization and consent again. ## 3. Retention Policy  
We will retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the information was collected (as stated in this Privacy Policy) or in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. After the personal information has fulfilled its collection purpose, or after we confirm your request for deletion or account cancellation, or after we terminate the operation of the corresponding product or service, we will stop retaining the personal information and delete it or anonymize it. If retention is required for public interest, scientific, historical research, or statistical purposes, we will continue to retain the relevant data in accordance with applicable laws, even if further data processing is not related to the original collection purpose.

### Minors Clause  
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.  

If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy together with your parent or other guardian under their supervision and guidance before using this product and related services.  

If you are a minor under the age of 14 ("Children"), you need to obtain your guardian’s consent before using Doubao and related services.  

If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 14, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy on behalf of the minor under your guardianship before using Doubao and related services.  

We protect minors' personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and will only collect, use, or disclose minors' personal information when permitted by law, explicitly agreed by parents or other guardians, or necessary to protect minors. If we discover that we have collected minors' personal information without first obtaining verifiable guardian consent, we will take measures to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.

## 4. Your Rights  
### (1) Control Settings  
We acknowledge that everyone has different concerns about privacy. Therefore, we provide examples of various methods offered by the Neomix software for you to choose from, to restrict the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your personal information, and to control your privacy settings:  
- Log in to or log out of your Neomix account;  
- In the Neomix software APP, tap "My Settings - About the APP - System Permission Management" to enable or disable permissions:  
 - Android version: Access to location information, access to Bluetooth permission, access to notification permission, access to mobile phone storage, access to camera permission, access to microphone permission, access to nearby device connection permission, notification usage permission, access to address book permission;  
 - iOS version: Access to Bluetooth permission, access to location information, access to camera permission, access to photo album permission, access to microphone permission, access to address book permission;  
- Tap "Add Device" on the homepage of the Neomix software APP or in the "Device List" to bind a device;  
- In the Neomix software APP, tap the "Device List" icon, select the currently connected device, then tap "Settings" - "Unbind" to unbind the device;  

If you previously agreed to our use of your personal information for the above purposes, you can change your decision at any time in writing or by contacting us at support@beaverlabtech.com.  


### (2) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information  
In accordance with the laws and regulations of the country or region applicable to you, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information about you that we hold (hereinafter referred to as "requests").  

For more details about the personal information in your Neomix account, you can contact us at support@beaverlabtech.com. Most laws require that requests made by personal information subjects comply with specific requirements; this Privacy Policy requires that your requests meet the following conditions:  
- Through our dedicated request channel; and for the purpose of protecting the security of your information, your request should be in writing (unless local laws explicitly recognize oral applications);  
- Provide sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity, ensuring that the requester is the personal information subject himself/herself or a legally authorized person;  

Once we obtain sufficient information to confirm that we can process your request, we will respond to your request within the time limit specified by applicable data protection laws. Specifically:  
- Based on your request and applicable legal provisions, we can provide you with a free copy of the personal information records about you that we have collected and processed. If you make additional requests for relevant information, we may charge you a reasonable fee based on applicable laws and actual management costs.  
- If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you may request to correct or supplement the personal information based on the purpose of use.  
- In accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to you, you may have the right to request us to delete your personal information. We will evaluate your deletion request, and if it meets the relevant provisions, we will take corresponding measures (including technical means) to process it. After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.  

We have the right to refuse to process meaningless/repetitive harassing requests, requests that infringe on others' privacy rights, extremely unrealistic requests, technical work disproportionate to the request, requests not required by local laws, information that has been made public, and information provided under confidential conditions. If we believe that certain aspects of a request to delete or access data may prevent us from legally using the data for anti-fraud and security purposes, we may also refuse the request.  


### (3) Withdrawal of Consent  
- You may submit a request to withdraw your consent, including the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information held or controlled by us. Depending on the specific service you use, you can contact us at support@beaverlabtech.com to perform relevant operations. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you make it, and in accordance with your request, we will no longer collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information thereafter. You can also withdraw your authorization by tapping "My Settings - About the APP – Privacy Policy Management - Withdraw Consent to Privacy Policy" in the device plug-in of the APP.  
- Please note that withdrawing your consent may have certain legal consequences. Depending on the scope of information processing you authorized us to perform, this may result in you being unable to use Neomix’s products or services. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing conducted based on your previous authorization.  


### (4) Service or Account Cancellation  
If you wish to cancel your Neomix software account, you can do so by tapping "My Settings - About the APP - Privacy Policy Management - Cancel Service" in the APP. If you wish to cancel your Neomix account, you can do so by tapping "My Settings - Account - Cancel Account" in the APP. You can also contact us at support@beaverlabtech.com to cancel the service. Since canceling your Neomix account will prevent you from using all Neomix products and services, please proceed with caution. To protect your legitimate rights and interests or those of others, we will determine whether to support your cancellation request based on your usage of various Neomix products and services. For example, if there are outstanding installments, we may not be able to support your request immediately.  


## 5. Third-Party Websites and Services  
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to products or services provided by third parties. The products or services of Neomix devices you use may include third-party products or services, some of which are provided in the form of links to third-party websites, and others are integrated in the form of SDKs, APIs, etc. When you use these products or services, third parties may also collect your information. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take the time to read the third party’s privacy policy, just as you read ours. We are not responsible for how third parties use the personal information they collect from you, nor can we control such use. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites linked through our services.
