Nashrah ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Nashrah app ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Nashrah is designed to collect as little information as possible. We do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts.
The App processes the following:
a) Your Questions
When you write or speak a question or concern in the App, that text is sent to our secure server and to a third-party AI service in order to generate a guidance response for you. Your questions are used only to produce a response and are not used to identify you.
b) Device Identifier
The App generates a device identifier to manage your free usage credits and any subscription. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity.
c) Microphone (Voice Input)
If you choose to use the voice input feature, the App accesses your device microphone to convert your speech into text. This happens through your device's built-in speech recognition. The App does not record or store your voice. You can use the App fully by typing instead, and the microphone is only used when you tap the microphone button.
d) Locally Stored Data
Your guidance history is stored only on your own device. It is not uploaded to our servers. You can clear it at any time from within the App.
2. How We Use Information
We use the limited information above only to:
- Provide guidance responses to your questions
- Manage your free credits and any subscription
- Operate and improve the App
3. Third-Party Services
To provide AI-generated guidance, your questions are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) through our secure server. We also use Google Play services for app distribution and, where applicable, for in-app purchases. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to operate the App (as described above) or where required by law.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Choices
You may stop using the App at any time. You can clear your locally stored history within the App, and you can disable microphone access in your device settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
