This Privacy Policy applies to the Namoria mobile application (“Application”), developed by Ismayil Isayev (“Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service. The Application is provided “AS IS.”
📊 1. Information We Collect
The Application collects non-personal, non-identifiable information to function correctly, improve performance, provide analytics, and deliver advertisements.
No data collected by the Application can identify you as a real person.

Baby name preferences (gender, style, language)
Favorite names saved by the user
Notes added to favorite names (stored in Firebase)
In-app search history
Selected app language (TR/AZ/EN)

The Application does NOT collect:
Your real name or surname
Email address
Phone number
Contacts or address book
Photos, videos, camera or microphone access
Exact GPS location
Payment data or credit card information
National ID or any sensitive personal data
The Application does not identify you as an individual.
🌍 3. Location Information
The Application collects approximate location only (country/city level) using your IP address.
Used for:
Understanding general regional trends
Improving the Application based on aggregate analytics
Detecting language/region preferences globally
The Application does NOT collect precise GPS coordinates.

Provide AI-based baby name suggestions using GROQ AI
Improve app features & user experience
Display relevant but non-personalized ads (AdMob)
Save preferences, favorites, and notes
Analyze usage for performance improvements
Diagnose errors and fix crashes
Enhance content for different regions
No data is ever used to personally identify you.

GROQ AI – Only non-personal parameters are sent (gender, style, language)

We send only non-personal preference parameters:

Language preference

The Service Provider implements industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
Security Warning
We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may:
Compromise security
Expose your device to malware
Cause the Application to malfunction

You have the right to:

Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
Right to Erasure (“Delete all my data”)
Delete all your data within the Application:
Settings → “Delete all my data”
This permanently removes:
Favorite names
Notes
Preferences
Search history
Both from your device and Firebase servers.
Right to Object
Uninstalling the Application stops all data collection.
Right to Data Portability

🚫 8. Opt-Out Options
Stop All Data Collection
Uninstall the Application.
Advertising Opt-Out
Android:
Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
iOS:
Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking
📅 9. Data Retention Policy
Data is retained as long as the Application is used.
If you delete your data via Settings, all information is immediately erased from Firebase.
Upon uninstalling the Application, all locally stored data is removed.

👶 10. Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted data, we will delete it immediately.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed.
Updates will be posted here and may appear in-app.
