My Healthy Back Privacy Policy

My Healthy Back helps users plan and track back workouts. It is developed by **Takay Soft**, an independent developer. This policy explains what information the app uses and how users can manage it.
## Information processed
The app stores the following information on the device:
- the selected back region, activity level, language, and other program settings;
- workout progress and exercise history, including dates and times, exercises, repetitions, working weights, and set durations;
- program access status and reminder settings;
- local diagnostic events, such as app opens and workout starts. These events use a random installation identifier, and the local log holds no more than the latest 200 events.
The app does not require an account or ask for a name, phone number, or email address to use workouts. The selected back region may reveal health-related information, so we treat it as sensitive.
## How information is used
We use this information to select a program, remember working weights and exercise history, show progress, schedule reminders, and diagnose app behavior on the device. Local diagnostic events are not used for advertising or ad profiling.
## Storage and disclosure
Workout information and the diagnostic log are stored in the app's local storage. In the current version, the app does not send this information to a Takay Soft server or a third-party analytics or advertising service. The current program-access screen does not process payments or collect payment details.
The app uses the Google Fonts library for typography. If a required font is not available locally and network access is permitted, the library may request it from Google. Workout history, selected back region, and working weights are not included in that request; Google may receive ordinary network-request information, such as an IP address. Google's own policies govern its handling of that information.
The operating system may back up app data according to the device and account settings. Takay Soft does not control how long those backups are kept and does not receive their contents.
## Device permissions
With the user's permission, the app can display local workout reminders. Declining this permission disables reminders but does not prevent workouts. The device time zone is used to schedule reminders. Vibration provides timer alerts. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, or contacts access.
## Retention and deletion
Local data remains until the user clears the app's data through device settings or uninstalls the app. Resetting workout progress inside the app may leave saved weights and exercise history intact. To delete all app data on the device, use Android's “Clear storage/data” option for the app or uninstall it. System backups may persist separately under the platform's policies.
If you email the developer, your message and email address are used only to respond. You may request deletion of that correspondence using the contact address below, subject to applicable retention obligations.
## Security
Local information is kept in the app's data area, access to which is restricted by the operating system. No device or backup can be guaranteed absolutely secure; we recommend using a screen lock and keeping the operating system up to date.
