Welcome to Moodoku ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe, transparent gaming experience for all players.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and your rights regarding your personal information when you download, install, play, or interact with Moodoku (the "Game").

A. Automatically & Advertising-Collected Data
Device & Technical Information: Hardware model, operating system version, system language, network connection type, device screen resolution, and mobile device advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / AAID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA).
Ad Interaction Data: Information about ads shown in the game, ad clicks, impressions, video completion status, and ad interaction metrics.
Gameplay & Usage Data: High scores, level progress, in-game achievements, session durations, button taps, and feature usage.
Diagnostics & Performance Logs: Crash reports, latency/ping data, frame rates, and execution error logs.
B. Network & Multiplayer Data
IP Address & Connection Info: Used temporarily for geolocation (country/city level ad targeting), network routing, and by our multiplayer networking server (Colyseus) to establish low-latency game rooms.
Session Tokens: Temporary identifiers generated per game session to validate player connections.
C. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as your real name, home address, phone number, government IDs, or precise GPS location.
We do not collect financial or payment card details directly. Any in-app purchases or store transactions are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ADVERTISING NETWORKS

You can also opt out of personalized tracking or reset your Advertising Identifier directly through your device settings at any time:

Tap Ads.
Select Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization, depending on your device and Android version.
iOS Devices
Open Settings > Privacy & Security.
Tap Tracking and toggle off Allow Apps to Request to Track, or manage settings specifically for Moodoku.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA & GDPR-K COMPLIANCE)
Our Game is intended for a general audience. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR for Children:
We do not knowingly collect personal information or serve behaviorally targeted/personalized ads to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
Where required, Google AdMob is configured to process ad requests as child-directed (COPPA compliant) or under age of consent (TFCD / TFUA tags), serving non-personalized contextual ads only.
