This privacy policy applies to the Momoji mobile device application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) developed free of charge by zoomob limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The service is provided “as is.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. Such information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- Time spent using the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise information about your mobile device’s location.
The Application collects your device’s location to help the Service Provider determine your approximate geographic location and may use it in the following ways:
- Geolocation Services: The Service Provider uses location data to provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
- Analytics and Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
- Third-Party Services: The Service Provider may periodically transmit anonymous location data to external services. These services are intended to help third parties enhance the Application and optimize their products.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this privacy policy.
Face Data
The Application does not collect, use, store, disclose, or share with third parties any data related to your face, including but not limited to facial images, facial recognition features, and facial geometry information.
The Service Provider will not use face data for authentication, analytics, advertising, personalization, or any other purposes.

We will only transmit aggregated anonymous data to external services periodically to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy policy.

Opt-Out Rights
You can easily stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes that may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like them to delete the user-provided data you have supplied through the Application, please contact them at contact@zoomob.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will delete such information from their servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact the Service Provider at contact@zoomob.com so that they can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the privacy policy by updating this page. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
