Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [Developer Name] ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the following mobile games for Android (each an "App", together the "Apps"):
- Color Tap (com.minigames.colortap)
- One Road (com.minigames.oneroad)
- Keep Balance (com.minigames.keepbalance)
By using an App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Summary
- No account, login or sign-up is required.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files or precise location.
- We do not run our own servers. Your game progress stays on your device.
- The Apps show ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect certain device information to serve and measure ads, as described below.
2. Information stored on your device only
Each App saves a small amount of game data locally on your device:
- best score and a game-specific best (best streak in Color Tap, farthest distance in One Road, tallest stack in Keep Balance)
- number of games played
- sound and vibration settings
- whether you have rated the App or chosen "Later" on the rating prompt
This data never leaves your device. We cannot access it. It is excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data in your device settings.
3. Information collected by third parties (advertising)
The Apps use Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC, to show ads, including optional rewarded ads that let you continue a game and occasional full-screen ads between games. To serve, personalize (where permitted), measure ads and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- the device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate (non-precise) location
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, app version and network type
- ad interaction data, such as ads shown, clicked or completed
- diagnostic and performance data related to ads
This information is collected and processed by Google under Google's own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Google advertising: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not receive any information from Google that identifies you personally.
4. Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Apps use Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the "Privacy options" link on the App's home screen, when shown.
5. Your choices
- Personalized ads: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- Consent: use "Privacy options" in the App, where available.
- Delete your data: uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings. Since we keep no data on servers, there is nothing else to delete on our side. For data held by Google, see Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Internet connection and permissions
The Apps need an internet connection to start a game so that ads can load. A game already in progress is not interrupted if the connection drops.
The Apps only request these permissions:
- INTERNET: to load ads
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: to check whether a connection is available
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may also use the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID).
7. Share and Rate features
If you tap "Share", the App opens Android's standard share menu with a short message and a link to the App on Google Play. You choose where to send it, and we do not receive what you share. If you tap "Rate", the App opens the App's page in the Google Play Store.
8. Children's privacy
The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown in the Apps are limited to content suitable for teens and older (maximum ad content rating "T"). If you believe a child has provided personal information through an App, please contact us and we will help address it.
9. Security
The Apps communicate only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and store game data in the App's private storage on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information within our control.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR in the EEA or UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California, you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of personal information, or to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. Because we do not hold personal information on our own systems, most requests relate to data processed by Google. You can exercise them through the choices in Section 5 and through Google's privacy tools. You may also contact us at any time.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted at this address, with an updated effective date. Please review this page periodically.
