This privacy policy applies to the MiloNote mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created by Mehmet Sarı as a Free service. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed to help users convert speech to text, take notes, and set reminders/alarms. The Application does NOT collect, upload, share, or transmit any of your personal data, voice recordings, or photos to external servers or third parties. All data is processed and stored locally on your device using a secure local database.

2. Sensitive Device Permissions
To provide its core functionalities, the Application requires the following sensitive permissions, which are processed strictly on the user's device:
* Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used solely to capture your voice to convert speech into text notes. Audio is processed locally and never stored as an audio file or transmitted online.
* Camera (CAMERA) & Media Storage: Used to allow users to attach photos or media to their locally stored notes.
* Exact Alarm (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_EXACT_ALARM): Used to trigger precise time-based reminders and alarm sounds for your notes.
* Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE & MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Used to ensure the continuous and reliable performance of voice recognition and alarm playback functions.

3. Third-Party Services
The Application is built using standard Android libraries. It does not integrate any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics or AdMob). It operates entirely offline regarding personal data transmission.

4. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all your notes, reminders, and media attachments are saved directly in your device's local storage (Room Database), deleting or uninstalling the Application will permanently erase all data created within the Application. We do not have access to back up or recover your data.

5. Security
I value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
