This app ("the App") is developed and operated by an independent developer.  
The App is designed to provide a simple and minimal user experience, allowing you to record and view your daily moods or notes locally on your iOS device.  
We value your privacy and strive to minimize the collection and processing of personal data.

2. Data Collection and Storage
- **Local Storage**: Your data (such as notes, mood entries, and preferences) is stored locally on your device using Core Data or similar frameworks.  
- **iCloud Sync (optional)**: If enabled, your data is securely stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service.  
 The developer **cannot access any of this information**.

3. Advertising and Analytics
- The free version of the App may display ads provided by Apple’s Ad Services or third-party providers (such as Google AdMob).  
 These providers may use anonymous identifiers (e.g., IDFA) to personalize ad content.  
- You can remove all ads by subscribing to the premium plan (“Remove Ads”).
- The App does **not** use analytics frameworks like Firebase or Google Analytics.

4. In-App Purchases
- The App offers an optional subscription that removes advertisements.  
 Payments and subscription management are handled securely through **Apple’s App Store**.  
 The App does not store or have access to any payment details.

5. Data Export and Deletion
- You can export your data (e.g., as CSV or JSON) from within the App.  
- All data can be permanently deleted by uninstalling the App or removing the iCloud data via your Apple ID settings.

6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13.  
We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

本アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者によって開発・運営されています。  
本アプリは、シンプルでミニマルな体験を提供することを目的とし、日々の気分やメモを記録・閲覧する機能を備えています。  
当方はユーザーのプライバシーを重視し、個人情報の収集・利用を最小限に抑えるよう努めています。

2. データの収集と保存
- **ローカル保存**：記録データ（メモ、気分、設定など）は、Core Data等を用いて端末内に保存されます。  
- **iCloud同期（任意）**：有効にした場合、データはApple社のCloudKitを通じてユーザー自身のiCloudアカウントに安全に保存されます。  
 開発者がその内容にアクセスすることはありません。

3. 広告および解析
- 無料版ではApple広告やGoogle AdMobなど第三者による広告が表示される場合があります。  
 広告表示の最適化のため、匿名の識別子（例：IDFA）が利用される場合があります。  
- 「広告削除」サブスクリプションに加入することで、すべての広告を非表示にできます。

- アプリ内からデータ（CSVやJSONなど）をエクスポートできます。  
- アプリをアンインストールするか、Apple ID設定からiCloudデータを削除することで、すべてのデータを完全に消去できます。

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。  
当方は児童からの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
