Menuras ("we", "the app") is a digital menu and order management system for restaurants, developed by PharosNet IT. This
Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from users of our mobile app and web platform.

Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address when creating an account
- Restaurant information (name, address, category, logo)
- Menu content (categories, items, prices, images)
- Orders placed (items, quantities, notes)
Information collected automatically:
- Device token for push notifications (FCM — Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Approximate device location (only if authorized by the user, to display nearby restaurants on the map)
- App usage data (sessions, in-app actions)
Payment information:
- Menuras does not store credit card or banking information. Payments are handled externally between the restaurant and
the customer.

We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user and restaurant accounts
- Process and notify order status in real time
- Send push notifications when an order is ready
- Display nearby restaurants on the exploration map
- Manage loyalty programs and stamp cards
- Improve platform functionality and user experience

The restaurant that registers an order has access to the customer data related to that order (name, email, order history
at that establishment).

5. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send notifications to inform you when your order is ready for pickup. You can disable
notifications at any time from your device settings.

The app may request access to device location to display nearby restaurants on the map. This access is optional. We do not
store user location history.

7. Data Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We implement access controls and
authentication to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data,
contact us at claude@grupointeca.com and we will process the request within 30 days.

9. Children
Menuras is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we detect that a
minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
