Memorify (ዲጂታል መጽሔት) - Child Safety Standards

Effective: 2026-05-11

Memorify is a yearbook and alumni platform for schools and universities.
We do not allow Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or any sexualization of
minors.

Prohibited content & behavior
- CSAM in any form (images, videos, text, links)
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual conversation with minors
- Sharing minors' personal info that could enable exploitation
- Impersonation of minors

Reporting

• In-app on a user profile: open the profile → tap ⋮ (top-right) → Report user → choose Abuse / Child safety → submit.
• In-app on an event photo: open the photo full-screen → tap ⋮ (top-left) → Report photo → choose Abuse / Child safety → submit.
• From Settings: Settings → Report a problem or abuse → Category: Abuse / Child safety.
• Email: dagos.mobile.apps@gmail.com (subject: "CSAE report"). Reports reach our moderation queue within 24 hours.

Compliance
We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions
we serve. Confirmed CSAM is removed and reported to NCMEC (or the
appropriate regional authority).

Moderation
- User reports reviewed by human moderators
- Repeat or severe offenders are permanently banned
- Account creation requires a verified phone number and minimum age

Updates
We review and update these standards at least annually.
