This privacy policy applies to the Med Diary app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by GeekLabs ("Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

• The time spent on the Application

The Application does not access Apple HealthKit data unless explicitly stated and authorized by the user.

The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process personal or health data.

Personal Information

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your email address. This information is retained and used as described in this policy.

The Service Provider may use this information to:

• provide important updates and notices
• respond to inquiries or support requests
• send optional communications (such as updates or promotions)
