Meal Planner used evidence-based information from the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating recommendations to create a health meal plan for the general population https://www.eatforhealth.gov.au/guidelines/australian-guide-healthy-eating. Individuals should seek and discuss meal plan guide with Dr. or dietitian before commencing diet regime. The application allows Users to log in to the platform, enter their weight, age, height and desirable weight, chose any dietary restrictions, and receive meal plan ideas, and get the shopping list. User can also choose not to enter their data and proceed. The content available through this Meal Planner application is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a health care professional. Meal Planner application does not give medical advice, nor does it provide medical services. Additionally, the use of the Content obtained through this App does not establish a physician-patient relationship.
