This privacy policy applies to the MCN Attend app, hereby referred to as "Application", for mobile devices. The Application was created by devdifi, hereby referred to as "Service Provider", as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application is an employee attendance application. The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address, such as IP address
- The time and date of your use of the Application
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
- Employee information, such as employee ID, name, username, and attendance records
- Attendance date and time
- Location coordinates when performing attendance actions
- Attendance photo or selfie captured using the device camera
Location Data
The Application collects location data only when the user performs attendance actions such as check-in or check-out. Location data is used to verify that the employee is within the permitted work area or work location.
The Application does not collect location data when it is closed or running in the background. The Application does not use background location access.
Camera and Attendance Photo
The Application uses the device camera to capture attendance photos or selfies for identity and attendance verification. Camera images are collected only when the user performs attendance actions. These images may be sent to the company server as part of the attendance record.
Use of Collected Information
The information collected by the Application is used for:
- Employee attendance management
- Verifying check-in and check-out records
- Verifying employee location during attendance
- Verifying employee identity using attendance photo or selfie
- Maintaining attendance history and reports
- Improving the reliability and security of the Application
The Application does not use location data for advertising, personalized content, or marketing recommendations.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. Information collected by the Application may be processed by trusted service providers only when necessary to operate the Application and attendance service.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to protect the information.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, or as required by company attendance policies and applicable law.
If you would like to request deletion of User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact the Service Provider at devben069@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at devben069@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
