Privacy Policy for Maze Trials 3D

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you play Maze Trials 3D.
Summary: Maze Trials 3D does not collect or share any personal data. Anonymous gameplay statistics are collected to improve the game. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Third-party services (Google AdMob and Firebase) may use resettable device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID or Firebase instance ID) for the purposes of serving ads and analytics, but these are not linked to any personally identifiable information.
The only information we collect is anonymous data for improving gameplay and serving ads:
Gameplay metrics: Events like maze_start or maze_completed sent to Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay patterns and improve user experience.
Ad interaction data: Impressions and clicks from Google AdMob ads to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on consent.
2. Ads and Analytics
We use Google AdMob to show ads. In regions requiring consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland), ads are non-personalized by default unless you actively opt in to personalized ads. In other regions, ads may be personalized by default.
We use Firebase Analytics to track gameplay events anonymously.
We do not collect personally identifiable information.
3. Consent
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland, we display a consent form (via Google’s UMP SDK) when you first open the app. This consent form allows you to choose whether to receive personalized ads. By default, only settings based on legitimate interests are enabled, which means that unless you actively opt in via the form, you will receive non-personalized ads. Analytics tracking in Firebase collects only anonymous gameplay events and does not include personal identifiers.

4. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Since we only collect anonymous and resettable identifiers (Advertising ID and Firebase Instance ID), you can reset or delete all data associated with your device at any time by going to: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID and/or Android Settings → Apps → Maze Trials 3D → Storage → Clear data
