This privacy policy applies to the Maximal Security app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Maximal Security Services (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

* The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
* The total time spent on the Application

## Location Information
To provide its core security reporting and verification features, the Application requires access to your mobile device's precise location information.
**Purpose of Collection:**
The Application collects location data to enable the **"Tour QR Checkpoint"** verification feature. This ensures that security personnel are physically present at designated locations when scanning QR codes during their shifts.
**Background Location Access:**
The Application may collect location data even when the app is closed or not in use (in the background) to provide seamless tracking during active security tours and to ensure the integrity of the checkpoint reporting system.
**Control:**
You can enable or disable location services at any time through your mobile device settings. However, please note that disabling location services will prevent the "Tour QR Checkpoint" and other location-dependent features from functioning.
## Personal Information
For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
* Email
* Phone Number
* Full Name
* Work Address
This information is used to manage your account and provide you with important notices and marketing promotions.
## Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

## Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
## Data Retention Policy

## Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted.

## Changes
