ManoGymAI Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026 | ManoGymAI version 2.0

Scope and who we are

W12Consultoria provides ManoGymAI. This notice explains how information is handled in version 2.0, including information retained on your device from earlier versions. It applies when you use version 2.0. The changes described here do not change how an earlier installed version operates or automatically erase information previously processed by a service provider.

You can use the manual workout features without creating a ManoGymAI account. App Store purchases use your relationship with Apple and do not create a separate ManoGymAI login. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@w12consultoria.com.

Workout information stored on your device

The app stores workout plans and records on your device, including the original text supplied for import, exercises, sets, repetition targets, rest periods, order and grouping, planned and completed activity, actual repetitions, optional weights, notes, and dates and times. Your preferences and your choice about optional AI assistance are also stored locally.

If you used earlier versions, the app may retain existing local records, including body measurements, age, sex, goals, restrictions, workout plans and sessions, nutrition and meal records, ingredients, check-ins, and streaks. Updating the app does not automatically delete these records. The app preserves the earlier database separately, opens it read-only, and may create local recovery copies to protect existing records if recovery is needed.

These records support the app's workout and history features. Version 2.0 does not upload these workout, profile, nutrition, or health records to W12Consultoria, RevenueCat, or an external AI provider as part of the new workout workflow. The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization of these records. Existing backups and copies must be managed separately, as explained below.

Optional on device AI assistance

On compatible devices, you may request optional AI assistance to turn workout-plan text you provide into an editable structured draft. This uses Apple's on-device model through the Foundation Models framework. The request is processed on your device; this feature does not use Private Cloud Compute, an external AI service, or tools that send the text elsewhere.

The model receives the workout-plan text you choose for that action, up to 6,000 characters. This includes any personal information you put into that text. The app does not automatically add your workout history, Apple Health records, body profile, or photos to the request. Only provide information you want the feature to process.

The app requires your choice about this local processing and an explicit request before running the feature. It stores that choice locally. You can decline and continue filling in or importing a plan manually. Availability depends on your device, language, and supported system features.

The app checks the structured result against the original text and displays it for editable review. You must confirm before the plan is saved. Interpretation can still contain errors, so review the exercises, sets, repetitions, rest periods, and notes. Failure or cancellation does not automatically save a plan. The feature organizes supplied text; it does not diagnose conditions, prescribe workouts or loads, analyze posture, or promise to prevent injury. Optional summary wording is selected from approved messages rather than displaying unreviewed model prose.

Apple Health and permissions

The new workout workflow in version 2.0 does not request Apple Health permission, read Health data or sensors, or write workouts to Apple Health. It does not require Health access. Health-related records previously stored by earlier features may remain in the preserved local database.

Earlier Health-enabled features could, with your permission, read heart rate, active energy, steps, blood oxygen, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, exercise time, workouts, and sleep, and save workouts to Apple Health. The new workflow does not automatically send these Health records to its AI feature or RevenueCat.

You can review or revoke any existing Health permissions using Apple's Health or Settings controls. Revoking access does not by itself erase existing records or copies. Removing the app's local records does not delete records in Apple Health; manage those separately in the Health app. Apple's own handling of information in Health is separate from the app's local storage.

The new workout workflow does not request camera or photo-library access or analyze your photos, videos, or exercise technique.

Subscriptions and purchase information

We use Apple and RevenueCat to provide in-app purchases and ManoGymAI Pro access. The app communicates with RevenueCat to check subscription status during normal use, even when you are not making a purchase. Purchases and restoration are initiated by you. Subscription status determines access to creating additional workout plans and requesting local AI interpretation. The diary, workout history, and first plan are available without Pro; existing plans remain available to edit and use. Existing local records are not deleted when subscription status changes.

Information processed for this service includes purchase history, transaction or receipt information, subscription and entitlement status, an SDK-generated app user identifier, and technical context such as app, store, device or operating system, and locale information. Network communications may also include your IP address and other connection information. The app does not supply a custom account identifier, name, or email address to RevenueCat, and automatic device-identifier collection is disabled in the SDK configuration. Service identifiers and purchase records can still distinguish a customer record; disabling that setting does not make every transaction anonymous.

This processing supports purchase validation, access to paid features, restoration, fraud prevention, and subscription reporting and analytics. We do not send your workout content, body profile, photos, or Apple Health data to RevenueCat.

Apple handles App Store payment and account information under its own privacy practices. We do not receive your full payment-card details through an App Store purchase. More information is available in Apple's App Store privacy notice and RevenueCat's privacy information, linked below.

Support and service providers

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use them to respond, investigate the issue, and handle your request. Please avoid sending health information or other sensitive details unless they are necessary for your request.

Subscription services and email services process information needed to perform their functions. Their processing may take place outside your country. Their applicable terms and privacy information explain their practices. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.

Retention and your choices

Local workout records, preferences, and local recovery copies do not expire automatically. Version 2.0 does not include a single in-app control to export or erase all current and earlier local records and recovery copies. You can contact us for guidance about the records you want to manage. We cannot remotely erase information that is stored only on your device.

The app requests that the operating system exclude its local health and workout databases, related database support files, and local recovery copies from future device backups. It applies this protection when the new version opens the files and when it saves or copies them. The records remain on your device. This does not change your general backup settings or remove copies already present in earlier backups. Apple's backup-exclusion setting is guidance to the system, not a guarantee that a file will never appear in a backup or on a restored device.

If this protection cannot be applied, the app may prevent a new save or show a privacy warning if the save has already completed. Records excluded from backups may not be recoverable if you lose, replace, reset, or erase your device or delete the app. Version 2.0 does not provide a complete in-app export of all current and earlier records, so do not rely on a future device restore to recover them.

Your operating system provides controls for deleting the app and managing its local data. Offloading an app can preserve its documents and data. Deleting the app does not erase existing device backups or other copies you already have. Manage those separately using the relevant device or backup controls. Apple's own Health storage and settings are separate from ManoGymAI's local records.

Deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription or automatically delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account. Purchase and service records are retained as needed for subscription operations, applicable legal obligations, and the relevant providers' retention practices; no single deletion period applies to every record.

We retain support correspondence as needed to address the request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable obligations. Contact support@w12consultoria.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information handled by us or on our behalf. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a data protection authority. Some records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it. We may need information sufficient to identify the relevant record and verify a request. Apple handles requests concerning information under its own control.

Children

ManoGymAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@w12consultoria.com so we can review and address the situation.

Earlier versions and changes to this notice

Earlier versions may use different features and service providers. Earlier builds included Firebase Remote Config and Firebase installation-related components. These dependencies, configuration, and remote queries were removed from the rebuilt version 2.0. That change does not erase information previously processed by third parties. If you still use an earlier version, its services may continue operating until you update or stop using that version. Contact us with questions about that version or information previously processed on our behalf.

We may update this notice when the app or its information-handling practices change. The version and date identify the notice you are reading. For questions about your installed version, contact support@w12consultoria.com.
