1. Who can use the App
The App is only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will delete it.

1.1 Child Safety Standards

LykDating has a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). All uploaded profile pictures and user contents are strictly monitored. Any content violating this policy will be removed instantly, and the responsible accounts will be banned permanently. All violations will be reported immediately to regional and national law enforcement authorities. Users can report any safety concerns or violations at any time via the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly.

• Messages you send to other users

If you allow it:
• Approximate location, only to show distance to other profiles

We keep account data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable time, except data we must keep by law or for security (for example ban records).
