To calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and generate custom diet schedules, the Application requires you to input certain health and physical metrics:

  • Height (in cm)

  • Activity Level
  • Fitness Target (Weight Loss, Fat Loss, Body Recomposition, or Weight Gain)
  • Dietary and Cuisine Preferences (Veg/Non-Veg, North Indian/South Indian)

B. Device and Network Information

  • Connectivity Status: The application checks your device's network status to notify you of offline states.
  • Device Identifiers: Standard mobile device identifiers may be accessed by third-party advertising SDKs to serve ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Calculate and display target calorie requirements and macro ratios.
  • Dynamically scale recipes and display tailored weekly meal plans.
  • Deliver advertisements through Google AdMob.
  • Facilitate offline warnings when there is no internet connection.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: All profile data, selected targets, macro sliders, and week progression states are stored locally on your device (using secure device storage like shared_preferences).
  • No Server Uploads: We do not upload, transmit, or store your personal physical metrics, targets, or generated meal plans on external cloud servers. Your health profile remains private to your local device.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Application integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We use AdMob to serve banner and interstitial advertisements. Google may collect device IDs, IP addresses, cookies, and other data to serve relevant ads. You can review Google's policy here: Google Privacy & Terms.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
