1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Luvly mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
Accounts: To access certain features (like cloud syncing), you must create an account via Google Sign-In or Email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile.
3. Use of the Service
Luvly provides a platform for managing personal contacts, birthdays, and gift preferences.
Personal Use: The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App’s infrastructure (Firebase/Google Services).
Input content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Plans: Luvly offers "Pro" features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Pricing and duration are displayed clearly at the point of purchase.
Billing & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
5. User-Generated Content
You own the data you input (names, notes, preferences). By using our cloud sync features, you grant Luvly a limited license to store and transmit this data via Google Firebase solely to provide the service to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos, and "look and feel" of Luvly are the exclusive property of Curv Studios. You may not copy or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE BUG-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM APP MALFUNCTIONS OR SERVER DOWNTIME.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Luvly SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the App settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
