AI Processing
The Application includes AI-powered features such as the Luvi AI Companion, personalized reflections, and wellness insights.

Relevant conversation context required to generate a response
Only the minimum information necessary to provide the requested AI functionality is processed.
How AI Processing Works
AI requests are securely transmitted to AI models hosted and operated within the Service Provider's own infrastructure.
The Service Provider does not transmit your AI conversations or personal wellness information to external AI providers for inference.
Purpose of Processing
Your information is processed solely to:
Generate AI responses you request.
Provide personalized wellness insights.
Maintain conversational context where applicable.
Improve the quality and safety of AI features operated by the Service Provider.
User Consent
Before any personal information is processed by the AI Companion, the Application displays a clear consent notice explaining:
What information may be processed.
Why it is processed.
That processing occurs within the Service Provider's AI infrastructure.
AI processing begins only after you explicitly choose to continue.
You may decline AI processing at any time. Core tracking features remain available without using the AI Companion.
Third-Party Access
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
Aside from the AI processing described above, only trusted service providers that support operation of the Application (such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure, or notification delivery) may receive limited information necessary to perform their services.
These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.
The Service Provider may disclose information only:

to protect the rights or safety of users or others;
to investigate fraud or security incidents;
in response to lawful governmental requests.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children.
If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
