How do I unlock all the planets?

The Starter Pack — Moon, Mercury, and Venus — is free forever. To unlock every other planet pack, tap "Continue the Journey" from the Solar System screen and complete the one-time purchase. It unlocks all current and future planet packs at once; there's nothing to buy piece by piece.

I already bought Unlock All — how do I get it on a new device?

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, look for "Restore Purchases" in the app's menu. If you can't find it, email us below and we'll sort it out.

Does the app have ads?

No. Little Planet Puzzles has no ads anywhere in the app, ever.

Is it safe for young children?

Yes. It was built for toddlers from the ground up — no ads, no chat or social features, and no way to buy anything without going through Apple's standard purchase confirmation.

My puzzle progress disappeared — can I get it back?

Progress is saved on your device, so it can be lost if the app is deleted and reinstalled, or if you switch to a different device. Restoring your purchase brings back Unlock All, but individual puzzle stars are stored locally per device.

Something isn't working — what should I do?

Close and reopen the app first, and check you're on the latest version from the App Store. If that doesn't fix it, email us with a quick description of what happened and we'll take a look.
