This privacy policy applies to the Lisio app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Clover_Tech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or password.

Notes and tasks you create are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

When using speech-to-text, audio is processed by your device’s built-in speech recognition services (Google or Apple). We do not receive or store this audio.

Technical information (such as IP address, operating system, and API requests) may be collected automatically to ensure app functionality and security.

The Application does not gather precise location information.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

Supabase: Used only for remote configuration (e.g., disabling outdated app versions). No personal data is stored.

Native Speech Recognition: Provided by your device’s operating system (Google/Apple). Their privacy policies apply.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of technical information by uninstalling the Application. Since no personal data is collected or stored, no further action is required.

Data Retention Policy

We do not retain or store any user data on our servers. All notes and tasks remain on your device until you delete them.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The Application is safe for all ages. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s use of apps. If you believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at lisio.co@proton.me so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We are committed to safeguarding your information. Since data is stored only on your device, its security depends on your device’s protections.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Application means you accept any updates.
