This Privacy Policy applies to the Limitra mobile application developed by Abdullah Göksu for mobile devices. Abdullah Göksu is referred to as the "Service Provider" in this Privacy Policy.

Limitra is designed to work locally on the user’s device. The Application does not send user data to any server owned by the Service Provider, does not collect user data remotely, and does not share user data with third parties.
The Application may process certain information locally on the device in order to provide app usage limits, app control, and device-based protection features. This information may include:

App usage status
Usage limit settings

Limitra does not use cookies, pixels, advertising tracking, analytics SDKs, or similar tracking technologies.
The Application does not use any third-party tracking services for advertising, user tracking, marketing analytics, or behavioral analytics.
Your Rights
Limitra does not store user data on servers owned by the Service Provider. Therefore, there is no user account or remotely stored personal data held by the Service Provider.
Settings and preferences created inside the Application may be stored locally on the user’s device. The user can delete this local data by uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application data through Android device settings.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under applicable laws to know, delete, or opt out of the sharing of your personal information.
Limitra does not send personal data to servers owned by the Service Provider, does not sell personal data, and does not share personal data with third parties. Therefore, the Service Provider does not hold remotely stored user data through the Application.

Personally Identifiable Information
Limitra does not require users to create an account. The Application does not request personal information such as name, surname, age, gender, address, phone number, payment information, or similar personal details.
The Application only uses the necessary Android permissions and local settings required to provide its core features.
Third-Party Access
Limitra does not send user data to third-party services.
The Application does not use advertising, analytics, cloud storage, tracking, marketing, or third-party data collection SDKs.
Google Play Store is only the distribution platform for the Application. This does not mean that the Application uses Google Analytics, advertising, or similar data collection services inside the app.
International Data Transfers
Limitra does not send user data to servers owned by the Service Provider or to third-party servers. Therefore, the Application does not perform international data transfers.
Information used by the Application is processed locally on the user’s device.
Legal Requirements
Since the Service Provider does not collect user data through the Application or store user data on its servers, there is no user data available to be shared by the Service Provider.
If a legally required situation occurs, the Service Provider will act in accordance with applicable laws only within the scope of limited contact information or legally available information.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop Limitra from operating on your device by uninstalling the Application.
You can also disable permissions granted to the Application at any time through Android device settings. However, if certain permissions are disabled, usage limit, app control, or protection features may not work properly.
Data Retention Policy
Limitra does not store user data on servers owned by the Service Provider.
Usage limit settings, selected apps, and protection preferences created inside the Application may be stored locally on the user’s device. This data is used only to provide the core features of the Application.
When the user uninstalls the Application or clears the Application data through Android settings, this local data may be deleted from the device.
Android Permissions Used
Limitra may require certain Android permissions in order to provide its core features. These permissions may include:
Usage access permission
Accessibility Service permission
Display over other apps permission
Notification permission
Permission to run after device restart
Background operation, foreground service, wake lock, or battery optimization related permissions
These permissions are used only for usage limits, app control, protection screens, and device-based protection features. Information processed through these permissions remains on the device and is not sent to the Service Provider.
Accessibility Service
Limitra may use the Android Accessibility Service to provide certain app control and protection features.
The Accessibility Service may be used to detect the usage of selected apps, apply configured limits, and display necessary protection screens.
Limitra does not use the Accessibility Service to collect, record, or share personal messages, passwords, payment information, private content, or sensitive user text.
Children
This Application is not specifically designed to collect personal data from children.
Limitra does not knowingly collect personal data from children because the Application does not send user data to servers owned by the Service Provider.
Security
Limitra is designed to work locally on the device without sending data to external servers.
The user’s app settings and preferences are stored on the device. The user can manage app permissions through Android settings or uninstall the Application to remove local data.
Data Breach Notification
Limitra does not store user data on servers owned by the Service Provider. Therefore, the Service Provider does not maintain a central user database for the Application.
If a situation occurs that legally requires notification, the Service Provider will act in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated Privacy Policy will be published with its effective date.
If there are significant changes, users will be informed through the updated policy.

By using Limitra, you agree to the local device-based operation and permission usage described in this Privacy Policy.
Android permissions can be managed by the user through device settings. If certain permissions are not granted or are later disabled, some features of the Application may not work properly.
