The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Data Retention Policy
The Application is designed so that your data stays on your device.
- User content and app data: Stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not upload, copy, or retain this data on its servers.
- Account information: If you create an account, only the minimum information needed to operate the account (such as email used for login or support) may exist. We do not keep copies of your local app data.
- Automatically collected data: We do not collect analytics, usage logs, or device data for storage on our systems.
- Aggregated or anonymized data: We do not create or retain aggregated or anonymized profiles from your data.
- Legal requirements: We do not hold your personal data on our systems. If a law later requires us to keep a specific record (for example a support email you sent us), we keep only that record and only for as long as the law requires.
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app or clearing app data on the device removes that data from that device.

Data Deletion
You can delete your data in two ways:
- On your device: Uninstall the Application or clear the Application’s local data. This removes the data stored on that device.
- Account deletion: Email mr7rung@gmail.com and request account deletion. After we verify that the request comes from you, we delete the account and any account-related information we may have (such as your email in our support or account records).
When an account is deleted, all associated account data is removed. We do not keep your app data on our servers, so there is no server-side copy of your local content to retain.
We will handle deletion requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will not keep your data for “legitimate business purposes” after deletion.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
