Privacy Policy
Effective July 18, 2026Applies to LifeCalc Pro for AndroidContact qupesoftwares@gmail.com
LifeCalc Pro is built to run entirely on your device. This policy explains — plainly — what that means for your data: what the app stores, where it stores it, and the handful of cases where you choose to send something off your device yourself.

01
The short version
LifeCalc Pro doesn't have a server, a login, or an analytics dashboard. The dates, names, and financial figures you enter are calculated and saved only on your phone, in the app's local database. Nothing is uploaded automatically. The only times data leaves your device are the moments you explicitly tap Share or Export — and at that point, it's the Android share sheet or file system doing the moving, not us.
In Play Console's Data safety terms: this app does not collect or share user data with the developer or any third party.
02
What the app stores
Everything below is written to a local database (Hive) inside the app's private storage area on your device. We — the developer — never receive a copy.
| Data | Why it's stored | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Names, birthdates, anniversaries, and other dates you enter | To calculate ages, countdowns, and milestones | On device |
| Profile avatar photos you choose | To display alongside a saved profile | On device |
| Financial calculator inputs (amounts, rates, terms) | To compute and redisplay results you've saved | On device |
| Reminder schedules | To trigger local notifications on the right date | On device |
None of this is linked to your identity in any way we can see, because we never see it at all.
03
What we never collect
- No account creation, email address, or sign-in is required or requested.
- No analytics or usage-tracking software development kit (SDK) is included in the app.
- No advertising SDK is included — LifeCalc Pro shows no ads.
- No crash-reporting or telemetry service receives data from your device.
- No network requests are made to send your calculator inputs, dates, or photos anywhere.
04
Device permissions
LifeCalc Pro requests a small set of Android permissions, each tied to a feature you control:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| POST_NOTIFICATIONS | Lets the app show a local notification when a birthday, anniversary, or milestone you saved is due. |
| SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM | Lets reminders fire at the exact time you set, rather than an approximate one. |
| RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED | Lets scheduled reminders survive a phone restart, so they still fire without you reopening the app. |
None of these permissions give the app, or us, any access to data beyond what's needed to schedule and display a local notification.
05
Sharing & exporting results
When you tap Share on a result, LifeCalc Pro generates an image or PDF on your device and hands it to Android's native share sheet — the same system dialog every app uses to share to Messages, Mail, or any other app you pick. You choose the destination; we have no visibility into what happens after that handoff.
06
Backup & restore files
The app can package your saved data into a zip file so you can back it up or move it to a new device. That file is written to a location you choose using the system file picker, and restoring reads it back the same way. This is a local file operation initiated by you — the file never passes through us.
07
Third parties
LifeCalc Pro does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud-storage service. It does not share data with any other company, because it doesn't collect data to share in the first place.
08
Retention & deletion
Your data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete individual entries within the app at any time, or remove everything at once by uninstalling LifeCalc Pro — Android clears the app's local storage automatically when you do.
09
Children's privacy
LifeCalc Pro is a general-audience calculator tool and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10
Security
Because your information never leaves your device under normal use, it's protected by the same lock screen, encryption, and OS-level sandboxing Android already applies to every app's private storage. We recommend keeping your device's screen lock enabled for an added layer of protection.
11
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a new feature that involves data leaving the device — we'll update the effective date above and describe the change here before it takes effect.
