Privacy Policy for LetMePaste
Effective Date: May 4, 2026
Developer: Jasjeev Anand
Overview
LetMePaste is a Safari browser extension for macOS and iOS that re-enables right-click context menus and paste, copy, and cut functionality on websites that restrict these features. This policy explains what data the extension does and does not collect.
Data Collection
LetMePaste collects no data.
The extension does not:
• Collect, store, or transmit any personal information
• Read, log, or share the content you copy, cut, or paste
• Track which websites you visit
• Send any information to external servers or third parties
• use analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry services
How the Extension Works
LetMePaste operates entirely within your browser. When you visit a webpage, the extension modifies how that page responds to right-click, paste, copy, and cut events so that websites cannot block them. All processing happens locally on your device. No data ever leaves your device as a result of using this extension.
Permissions
The extension requires access to webpage content in order to override the JavaScript event handlers that block clipboard and context menu functionality. This access is used solely to restore standard browser behavior and for no other purpose.
Children's Privacy
LetMePaste does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be distributed with the app. Continued use of the extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
