Terms of Service ("Terms of Service," "Terms," or "Agreement")

Please carefully review these Terms of Service before utilizing the Application Services provided by LUPEN C ("us," "we," or "our"). The "Application Services" (the "Service") encompass the app and programming interfaces under LUPEN C. A "Subscription(s)" refers to a specified pricing plan and term length with associated features, functionality, and volume tiers for the Application Services purchased by the Customer.

Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who intend to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Data Handling
LUPEN does not retain any form of your data, and it is not utilized to train our machine learning model. While data is uploaded to our server to execute the machine learning model for result retrieval, it is neither stored nor reproducible.

Subscription
Usage of the app is subscription-based. Billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), with cycles set on a monthly, yearly, or half-yearly basis. Subscription renewal takes place automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle unless canceled. You can cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your App Store or Play Store. A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required for Subscription payment processing.

Free Trial
LUPEN offers an Annual Subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"), available once. To sign up for the Free Trial, billing information entry may be required. No charges occur until the Free Trial expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless canceled, applicable Subscription fees are automatically charged. LUPEN reserves the right to modify Free Trial terms or cancel the offer without notice.

Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are governed by App Store and Play Store policies and are not handled by LUPEN.

Intellectual Property
The Service, including original content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of LUPEN and its licensors. Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, use of our trademarks and trade dress requires prior written consent.

Copyright Infringement
Unauthorized use of copyrighted content is prohibited. If you believe your content is being infringed, submit a claim to copyright info@lupenlabs.com for a response within 24 hours.

These Terms of Service may be updated at our discretion. Review updates via links on our website, and your continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you disagree with the terms, refrain from using the Service.
