THE PRIVACY, APP, AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES CONTRACT

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not perceptively gather any personal information from the APPS directed to children apart from the below mentioned information that are collected automatically. Please contact us if you believe we have mistakenly collected such information so that we can resolve the issue at the earliest.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

Automatic information is received and recorded to support the internal operations. Some of this information is gathered via third-party analytics tools. Internal operations include the following:

* your mobile device’s identifiers, Apple Identifier For Advertising (IDFA), Android Device Id and/or Android Advertising ID (AAID)

* to monitor metrics such as total number of installs, time spent, uninstalls.

* to understand which activities and services are most popular.

* to diagnose and fix technology problems, etc.

* type mobile device you are using,

* platform type (like Apple iOS or Android),

* application performance and debugging information,

* the amount of time spent on an app

* game state and the date and time of activity on our Services.

This information is collected and evaluated in aggregated form. This information is not sold with or without user consent.

EMAILS RECEIVED FROM USERS

We may keep certain information from users when they send us messages through our system or by email. We only use such information for providing support requested or the services.

USER DATA DELETION REQUEST

To delete or to opt out of data collection, please email us at appholicsoftechllp@gmail.com with device information and user id along with game name.However, we may ask you to verify your identity to know that it is actually you who is requesting to delete your personal data before processing your request.

PURCHASING

Naksh Infoech Apps enable in-app purchases and Subscriptions for the users. All the purchase options are guarded behind parents control available to parents in the kids app. All purchases occur via Apple gateway or Google play store. You are in charge of maintaining the security of such password as all in-app purchases may be made only upon entering the app store password.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Kids App

Our child directed Apps won’t contain have SDKs pertaining to social media services.That is, the Apps will not feature SDKs or data collection from social media Apps. Naksh Infoech apps do not integrate any of the social media such as Twitter, Facebook or other online services in our Kids APPs. If there is link to Facebook Like Page,then link would be behind Parental Controls.

Games App

We collect some information from other companies, including social networks, if you access our games through your accounts with those companies or you choose to connect your accounts with those companies to our games.

If you access our Services from a third-party application or connect our Services to a third-party application, you should also read that third-party application’s terms of service and privacy policy.

ADVERTISING

Our free apps show third party advertisements in applications. Please refer to our privacy policy of our Ads partner

AdMob

We encourage app users to upgrade to pro versions to remove the advertisement from the application.

LOCATION

Your precise geographic location is not used or collected by us from the APPs.Coarse Location or region information may be collected for the Advertisement purpose by other Mixed Audience/Game APPs.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

This policy may be modified or changed, and any changes to our Policy will become effective upon our posting of the revised Policy on the Site. Use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
