Privacy Policy: Kantor Kita

This privacy policy applies to the Kantor Kita app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kantor Kita (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

Name

Device information (IP Address, Operating System).

Camera Access: Required for capturing selfie photos for attendance verification.

2. Face Data and Biometric Information (Important for Apple Review)

The Application includes a "Selfie Attendance" feature to verify employee identity.

What face data is collected? The Application captures a photographic image (selfie) of the user's face when performing attendance (Clock In/Out). It does not collect or use depth maps, infrared data, or Apple's FaceID/TouchID biometric sensors.

Planned Use: The face data is used exclusively for identity verification to ensure that the employee is physically present and to prevent fraudulent attendance records.

Sharing and Storage: All captured face data is transmitted securely via HTTPS to our private servers at https://app.kantorkita.co.id. We do not share face data with any third-party services or third-party platforms.

Retention Policy: Face data is retained only for the duration of the user's employment or as long as the company maintains an active subscription with Kantor Kita.

User Rights: Users can request the deletion of their stored photos by contacting their company administrator or emailing us at support@kantorkita.co.id.

3. Location Data

The Application collects your device's location to provide Geolocation Services. This ensures that attendance is performed within the authorized geographical perimeter (Geofencing) set by your company.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data (including face data/photos), please contact us at support@kantorkita.co.id.

5. Security

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information, including encryption during data transmission.

6. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
