- ソースコードの解析や改変

4. 免責事項
サービス提供者は、本アプリの安定的な運用を維持するよう努めますが、常に中断なく、エラーなく動作することを保証するものではありません。
サービス提供者は、以下の事項に関して一切の責任を負いません：
• 本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害
• 端末の不具合、データ損失、またはバッテリー切れ等に起因する損害
• ネットワーク障害、Wi-Fiやモバイルデータの未接続による損害
• 本アプリ上の情報に依拠したことによる損害
また、本アプリ内に表示される第三者広告や外部リンク先の内容・運営についても、サービス提供者は一切の責任を負いません。
5. インターネットおよび通信費用
本アプリの一部機能を利用するには、インターネット接続が必要です。
通信にかかる費用は、ユーザーが契約している通信事業者の料金プランに基づき発生します。
海外などでデータローミングを使用する場合は、追加料金が発生する可能性があります。
ユーザーが端末契約者でない場合は、契約者の承諾を得ているものとみなされます。
6. 未成年者の利用
18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。
7. 更新および提供の終了
サービス提供者は、機能改善やシステム要件への対応のため、随時アプリを更新することがあります。

8. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。
本アプリに関して発生した紛争については、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. 規約の変更
サービス提供者は、必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。
変更後の規約は本ページに掲載することで効力を生じるものとし、ユーザーは定期的に内容を確認するものとします。
