JALYUZI PRO built the Jalyuzi Pro app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by JALYUZI PRO at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Jalyuzi Pro unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and photos of identity documents submitted for dealer verification. The information that I request is retained on our servers and is used as described in this Privacy Policy.
A profile picture, if you add one, is kept only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. The app does not collect location data, contacts or call history, and does not record audio.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. Security
I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Data is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS) and stored on protected servers. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Account and Data Deletion
App: Jalyuzi Pro (developer — JALYUZI PRO). To delete your account and the data associated with it:
- Send a request by email to dluxe.dev.group@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion", or call +998 90 505 03 34.
- State the phone number you registered with, so that we can locate your account. The request must come from that number or otherwise confirm that it belongs to you.
- We process the request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by reply or by phone.
Data that is deleted: your name, phone number, account password, the passport and residence-registration photos if you uploaded them, and the device token used for push notifications.
Data that is retained: records of orders and settlements remain with the company you worked with, as they belong to that company's business activity and are kept for the period required by accounting legislation. Such records are anonymised and are no longer linked to your contact details.
Удаление аккаунта и данных (по-русски)
Приложение: Jalyuzi Pro (разработчик — JALYUZI PRO). Чтобы удалить аккаунт и связанные с ним данные:
- Напишите на dluxe.dev.group@gmail.com с темой «Удаление аккаунта» или позвоните по номеру +998 90 505 03 34.
- Назовите номер телефона, на который зарегистрирован аккаунт, — это нужно, чтобы никто не мог удалить чужой аккаунт. Запрос должен поступить с этого номера либо иным способом подтвердить, что номер принадлежит вам.
- Мы обработаем запрос в течение 30 дней и подтвердим удаление ответным письмом или звонком.
Какие данные удаляются: имя, номер телефона, пароль от аккаунта, фотографии паспорта и прописки (если вы их загружали), идентификатор устройства для push-уведомлений.
Какие данные сохраняются: записи о заказах и взаиморасчётах остаются у компании, с которой вы работали, — они относятся к её хозяйственной деятельности и хранятся столько, сколько требует бухгалтерское законодательство. Такие записи обезличиваются и больше не связаны с вашими контактными данными.

Ilova: Jalyuzi Pro (ishlab chiquvchi — JALYUZI PRO). Akkauntni va unga bog'liq ma'lumotlarni o'chirish uchun:
- dluxe.dev.group@gmail.com manziliga «Akkauntni o'chirish» mavzusi bilan yozing yoki +998 90 505 03 34 raqamiga qo'ng'iroq qiling.
- Akkaunt ro'yxatdan o'tkazilgan telefon raqamini ayting — bu birovning akkauntini o'chirib yuborishning oldini oladi. So'rov o'sha raqamdan kelishi yoki raqam sizga tegishli ekanini boshqa yo'l bilan tasdiqlashingiz kerak.
