This Privacy Policy applies to the Jackpot town: City builder mobile application (the “Application”) developed by DIZHEST TOV (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

A unique device identifier used for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging token)
An internal user identifier generated by the Service Provider’s systems
These identifiers are used to operate and improve the Application, analyze user interactions, and send push notifications related to the Application.
The Application does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Service Provider may use trusted third-party services to operate the Application. These services may process limited information necessary to provide their functionality.
Examples include services used for push notifications or analytics.

to protect the rights and safety of users or the Service Provider
to trusted service providers who assist in operating the Application

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available as part of your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Application, such information will be promptly deleted.
