AIT Pit2Port is proprietary software owned exclusively by AIT Company. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content, design, functionality, and underlying technology, are the property of AIT  Company. The App is intended solely for company employees and authorized personnel. It is not open to the public or external users. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for authorized company operations only.

1. Information We Collect

- Name of users (created by administrators)
- Phone number for login and contact
- National ID for identification
- Assigned mine, zones, and sub-zones
- Login credentials (passwords)
- Location data for mines, and routes
- Images uploaded from the camera or photo gallery for mine documentation

2. Why the App Requires Background Location

AIT Pit2Port collects real-time location data to provide accurate offline route tracking and navigation. This feature allows users to record routes, even when the app is minimized or the screen is off, ensuring continuous tracking for route logging, safety monitoring, and offline data collection. Users can pause or stop tracking at any time, and the location data is used solely for the purposes of route management and offline analytics. The app does not share personal location data with third parties.

3. Camera

The app uses the device camera and photo gallery to allow users to upload images for documentation.

4. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used for:
- Authenticating users
- Managing mines, and operations
- Recording mine roads, and transportation data
- Displaying locations and routes on offline maps
- Storing images related to mine operations
- Improving operational workflows
The App does not use personal data for advertising, retargeting, or marketing.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share personal information with third parties, except:
- With service providers necessary for app functionality (e.g., map services, cloud storage)
- When required by law or legal requests

6. User Rights

Users can:
- Access their personal data
- Correct or update inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal data
Administrators manage all user accounts internally. Contact the support email for any requests.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
