CraftHub Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
CraftHub: Addons for Minecraft is provided by Iurii Labankov. This policy describes the information used to operate the app, optional usage and error reports, advertising, and your choices. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact mcpemasterhub@gmail.com. The in-app age, consent and withdrawal controls described here apply to version 1.0.7 and later. Older installed versions may not have these controls; update to the current version to use them.
Your birth date and choices
CraftHub asks for a birth date to select its data and advertising mode. The date and your choices are stored on your device. We do not include your birth date in analytics events, advertising parameters or server records. In this version, optional usage reports, error-report submission and new advertising requests remain off when the saved age is under 18 or unknown. For an adult selection, pressing Continue enables these optional reports and the advertising privacy process. You can later disable Usage reports and Error reports separately, or revoke data consent, in the app menu → Privacy. The catalog and downloads remain available after withdrawal, subject to service availability and download limits.
Information needed to operate CraftHub
Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous service account and identifier without asking for your name or email. Firebase App Check and Apple App Attest help verify requests from the app. Firebase Firestore provides the catalog. Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, R2 and Static Assets protect and deliver content and previews. These providers process technical information, including network addresses, request metadata, authentication identifiers and integrity tokens, to operate services and prevent abuse. The download service verifies authentication and app-integrity tokens and uses the anonymous identifier for daily limits. Necessary service requests continue when optional reports are off. The app does not request your precise GPS location or upload your photo library. Saving a downloaded skin to Photos uses the permission provided by iOS.
Optional usage reports
When enabled for an adult selection, Google Analytics for Firebase receives information about app sessions, categories and materials opened, searches performed without the words entered, download attempts and results, file-opening actions, seed-copy actions, installation-guide views, advertising results and requests to display Apple's rating dialog. Reports can include material identifiers, outcomes, durations, counts, random event/session identifiers and technical app/device information. Google can also process installation identifiers and SDK-generated events. We do not set a named analytics account or include Firebase account identifiers, birth dates, email addresses, search text, seed values, download URLs or authentication tokens in our custom events. These reports help us understand app use and reliability; they do not prove an import into Minecraft or a submitted rating.
Optional error reports
When Error reports is enabled for an adult selection, Firebase Crashlytics receives technical crash and error reports, including app/device information, installation identifiers, sanitized error codes, stack information and release identifiers. Automatic upload is disabled; the app submits reports according to the saved choice. The SDK may retain crash information locally before the app applies that choice. Disabling Error reports stops subsequent app-requested submissions and discards pending reports through the SDK. It does not erase reports already received by Google.
Advertising and Apple tracking
CraftHub uses Google AdMob. After an adult permits the app's data mode, Apple App Tracking Transparency and Google's advertising privacy process apply separately. Advertising may operate without permission to track. Refusing Apple tracking does not by itself disable usage or error reports that you allowed. Google's advertising SDK may process network addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic/performance information. Access to the Apple advertising identifier is subject to Apple's permission and the applicable advertising choices. Our Firebase Analytics integration does not request advertising storage, ad-personalization or ad-user-data consent. You can manage Apple tracking permission in iOS Settings and applicable advertising privacy choices in CraftHub Privacy when offered by Google.
Children and other younger users
Optional analytics, submission of error reports and new ad requests are disabled for a saved age under 18. Technical information necessary for catalog access, security and file delivery is still processed by service providers. The age screen starts with an adult birth-date value; this is not a neutral age-verification system and an inaccurate answer may select an adult mode. Children and parents should enter an accurate date. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's data. This policy does not claim that the preselected adult answer satisfies rules for child-directed or mixed-audience services.
Sharing and international processing
Google/Firebase, Apple and Cloudflare process information for the services described above under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Information can be processed outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service. The app does not automatically send a support email: if you choose Report a problem, you review a draft in your mail app before sending. Any email you send includes the address and information you choose to provide.
Storage, retention and deletion
The birth date and app choices stay locally until changed or removed with app data. Daily download counters are rotated when the service handles the first download attempt of a later UTC day; this is not a promise of immediate deletion at midnight, and provider logs have separate retention. Google states that Crashlytics keeps crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems. Analytics data follows the property's configured retention and Google's policies; aggregate reporting can have different retention. Firebase Authentication retains account information until the account is deleted and describes additional removal periods for live and backup systems. Provider security and operational records can remain according to their policies and legal obligations. Withdrawal stops future optional processing controlled by the app; it does not automatically delete information already sent to providers. Contact us to request access or deletion where available. Do not email passwords, authentication tokens or sensitive documents. We may need limited additional information to locate the relevant records because anonymous installations are not automatically tied to an email address.
