This privacy policy applies to the Infinity Mind app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by isone (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our app.
Our Approach to Privacy
The app is designed to operate without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information.
We do not collect, store, sell, share or transmit personal information about you to our servers.
In particular, we do not collect:
Your name, email address or contact information
Your location
Your contacts
Photos or other personal media
Advertising identifiers
Device identifiers for tracking
Browsing history
Health information
Payment or financial information
User profiles
Analytics data linked to you
Information for advertising or marketing purposes
We do not use third-party advertising networks and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app may store settings, preferences, sessions, customisations and content you create in order to provide its features.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Because we do not receive or maintain this information on our servers, we cannot access it.
Local app data can be removed by deleting the relevant content within the app where that option is available, or by deleting the app from your device.
Internet Radio
The app includes an optional Internet radio search and playback feature.
The radio feature is not operated through our servers. Radio station information and stream addresses are obtained dynamically from the third-party Radio Browser service at radio-browser.info.
Radio Searches
When you use the radio search feature, the search request you enter is sent directly to the Radio Browser service so that matching stations can be returned.
We do not receive, store or analyse your radio searches.
Radio Browser is an independent third-party service and its handling of network requests is outside our control.
Radio Playback
When you select a radio station, your device connects directly to the stream address provided for that station.
Radio audio does not pass through our servers. We do not:
Host radio streams
Proxy or retransmit radio streams
Record radio streams
Store or cache radio audio
Analyse what you listen to
Maintain a server-side history of stations you listen to
The app only permits radio streams using secure HTTPS connections.
As with any direct Internet connection, the Radio Browser service and the operator or hosting provider of a radio station may receive technical information required to establish and service the network connection. This may include information such as your IP address, user agent and other standard network information.
Any information received independently by these third-party services is subject to their own privacy practices. We do not control how an independent radio broadcaster or streaming provider operates its servers.
Third-Party Services
The Internet radio feature uses the Radio Browser API to search for publicly accessible radio streams.
Radio Browser is an independent service and is not operated by us.

Other than network connections initiated as part of the optional Internet radio functionality described above, the app does not send your personal information to third-party services on our behalf.
Analytics and Tracking
We do not use your information for behavioural advertising or cross-app tracking.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not create advertising profiles based on your use of the app.
Data Retention
We do not maintain accounts or a server-side database containing personal information about users of the app.
Because we do not collect or retain your personal information on our servers, there is no personal information held by us that requires a retention period or deletion request.
Information stored locally by the app remains on your device until you remove it, reset the relevant data, or delete the app.
Third-party services contacted through the optional Internet radio feature may have their own data retention practices, which we do not control.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or disclose personal information about our users to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.
Network connections made directly to Radio Browser and radio broadcasters as described above are necessary to provide the optional radio search and playback feature and do not route through our servers.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Because the app does not require accounts and we do not collect personal information through our servers, we do not maintain personal profiles of children.
Third-party Internet radio stations may provide content intended for general audiences. We do not control the content broadcast by independent radio stations.
Security
Because the app does not transmit personal information to our servers, the amount of user information exposed to us is intentionally minimised.
Where the app makes network connections for its Internet radio functionality, it supports secure HTTPS connections and does not enable insecure HTTP radio streaming.
No method of electronic communication or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however.
Your Privacy Choices
Because we do not collect or maintain personal information about you on our servers, there is no account or server-side personal profile to access, modify or delete.
You can stop all network communication associated with Internet radio simply by not using the optional radio feature.
You may remove information stored locally by the app using the relevant controls within the app or by deleting the app from your device.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features or privacy practices change.
Any updated policy will be published at this location with a revised effective date. If we introduce functionality that materially changes how personal information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
