Blue Umbrella LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our mobile application ("the App"), developed on behalf of the United States Federal Government. The App is designed to assist service members in submitting, communicating, and resolving maintenance-related issues within federal buildings and barracks. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, such as features accessed, timestamps of submissions, and interaction logs.

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and IP address to ensure compatibility and security.
