This privacy policy applies to the IG HCM app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by MIS INOVATION (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information is used solely for app functionality and is not used for tracking or advertising purposes. The information may include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
  • The operating system you use on your mobile device
  • Your approximate geographical location (for app functionality, not for tracking or advertising)

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may request you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

  • Microphone Access: The Application may use your device's microphone to capture audio for specific app functionalities such as voice recording. Audio data is processed for this purpose and not shared with third parties.
  • Speech Recognition: The Application may use speech recognition to convert spoken words into text for specific features. This data is processed locally on the device and is not shared with external parties.
  • Location Services: The Application collects your device's approximate location to provide personalized services and location-based features, including check-in functionality. It does not collect precise or continuous background location information unless expressly permitted by the user. Location data is not used for tracking purposes.
  • Device ID: The Application collects device identifiers, such as the Device ID, to improve app functionality and enhance security. Device ID data is not used for tracking purposes.

This information will be retained by the Service Provider and used solely for app functionality as described in this privacy policy. The information is not used for tracking and will not be shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Use of Location Data

The Application collects approximate location data to provide the following features:

  • Geolocation Services: Location data is used to enable features such as check-ins and other location-based services.
  • Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data is used to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.

No personal or precise location data will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, and location data is not used for tracking.

You may control location data collection by adjusting your device’s privacy settings. You can limit access to location data via your device settings by navigating to: Settings > Privacy > Location Services.

Third Party Access

The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

  • Google Play Services

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and the overall service. The Service Provider does not use third-party services for tracking or advertising purposes and complies with the App Tracking Transparency framework, ensuring no data collected is used for tracking.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete the data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at misinovations@gmail.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact them at misinovations@gmail.com so that necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure the data they process and maintain.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
