This Privacy Policy applies to the iBudgetAll mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") developed by ARJB Studio (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").
The Application is offered as a Freemium service and is intended for use as is.
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This may include, but is not limited to:
Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
The pages or screens you visit and the time and date of each visit
Time spent in the Application and on specific pages
Your device’s operating system and version
App performance and usage analytics
For a better experience, the Application may request certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address, user ID, and financial data.

3. Location Information
The Application does not collect precise GPS data.
It may collect your approximate location (city or region) for the following purposes:

All location data is anonymized and aggregated before being transmitted to external services.

The Application uses Google AdMob to display ads.

The Application integrates with regulated third-party Open Banking providers to connect to your bank accounts. Currently active providers include:

Additional providers may be added as the Application expands to new regions. This list will be updated accordingly. All providers are regulated financial data aggregators operating under applicable financial and data protection laws in their respective regions.
Only aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with these services for analytics and improvement purposes.
7a. Open Banking & Financial Data
To provide budgeting features, the Application may connect to your bank account(s) via regulated third-party Open Banking providers, including:

Through these integrations, the Application accesses:
- Account information (account name, IBAN, currency)
- Transaction history (amount, date, description, category)
We never access, store, or transmit your banking login credentials. Authentication is handled entirely by the Open Banking provider in a secure, regulated environment.
Financial data retrieved via Open Banking is stored encrypted on Google Cloud (Firestore, europe-west3) and is used solely to display your transactions within the Application. It is never sold or shared with advertising partners.
8. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application at any time.
You may also disable personalized ads via your device’s settings or consent preferences.
9. Data Retention Policy
Data Retention & Deletion Policy
User-provided data, including financial transaction data retrieved via Open Banking providers, is retained for the duration of your active account.
Upon account deletion:
- All personal data, transaction history, and bank connection tokens are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours via an automated deletion process.
- Bank access tokens (e.g., Plaid access_token) are stored exclusively server-side and are permanently revoked upon account deletion.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by:
- Deleting your account directly in the Application, or
- Contacting us at contact@arjbstudio.fr
Data is retained in compliance with applicable data privacy laws including GDPR.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Application does not target children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has provided personal information, such data will be immediately deleted.
Parents or guardians may contact contact@arjbstudio.fr to request deletion.
11. Security
The Service Provider takes appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural measures to safeguard your data.
However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
You are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
Continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised policy.
