Refund Policy
HYATK PRO will issue a refund if the return and cancellation policies apply.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days, but the actual refund time depends on the processing speed of the payment gateway, with a maximum of 21 days from the cancellation or return date.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Delivery or visit fees are included in the refund unless the cancellation was made by the customer at the time of the provider's arrival — in that case, the delivery/visit fee is non-refundable.
