This privacy policy applies to the Huly Tracker app (package: com.thegamers.hulytracker) for Android, published by PT. Quantus Telematika Indonesia. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address, used to sign you in to your Huly workspace and identify you on tasks you create or update.

Diagnostics and analytics: crash logs and basic usage data (device model, OS version, app version, screens used) to find and fix bugs and improve stability.

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, payment information, or other files on your device.

How we use information

To authenticate you and keep you signed in.

To display and sync your workspace tasks and issues.

To diagnose crashes and improve app performance.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the Huly server used by your organization and with crash-reporting and analytics providers acting on our behalf. We do not share data with other third parties unless required by law.

Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your workspace account is active. Diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed to resolve issues. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

The app is intended for adult professional use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
