​​1. Agreement Overview​​

This Agreement is a contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the TrackCost application (hereinafter referred to as "the App") regarding the use of VIP services and related matters. Please read this Agreement carefully to ensure you fully understand all its terms. By using the VIP services of this App, you indicate your acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.

2.1 The App offers the following VIP types:

​​Monthly VIP​​: Valid for 31 days, automatically renews upon expiration

​​Annual VIP​​: Valid for one year, automatically renews upon expiration

​​Lifetime VIP​​: One-time purchase, permanently valid

3.1 Subscription Prices:

Monthly VIP: $1.00/month

Annual VIP: $4.00/year

Lifetime VIP: $18.00 (one-time payment)

永久VIP:¥$18.00(一次性付费)

3.2 Auto-Renewal Rules (Applicable to Monthly and Annual VIP):

Subscriptions will automatically renew 24 hours before the current subscription expires

Unless the user cancels the renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, the subscription will auto-renew

Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal via their device's account settings

3.2 自动续订规则(适用于连续包月/包年VIP):

订阅期限将在当前订阅到期前24小时内自动续订

除非用户在当前订阅期结束前至少24小时取消续订,否则订阅将自动续期

用户可以通过设备的账户设置管理订阅并关闭自动续订功能

3.3 Payments will be charged to the user's iTunes account. Auto-renewal fees will be deducted from the account 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

4.1 According to Apple App Store policies, all in-app purchases are managed by Apple. This App cannot directly process refund requests.

Select the relevant purchase record

4.3 Refund approvals are solely at Apple's discretion. This App cannot guarantee all refund requests will be approved.

5.1 VIP is tied to the user's Apple ID and cannot be transferred to another user.

5.2 Users can restore VIP benefits on all devices logged in with the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchase" function.

5.3 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information. Any losses due to account information leaks are the user's responsibility.

6.1 Users may not use VIP accounts for illegal purposes or actions violating this Agreement.

6.2 Users may not circumvent the App's payment mechanisms or obtain VIP benefits through unauthorized channels.

6.2 用户不得尝试规避本应用的付费机制或通过非正常渠道获取VIP权益。

6.3 If violations are found, the App reserves the right to terminate VIP without refund.

6.3 如发现用户存在违规行为,本应用有权在不退还费用的情况下终止其VIP资格。

​​7. Service Changes and Termination​​

7.1 The App reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate VIP services at any time.

7.1 本应用保留随时修改、变更、暂停或终止VIP服务的权利。

7.2 For significant changes, the App will notify users in advance through appropriate means.

7.2 如VIP服务发生重大变更,本应用将通过适当方式提前通知用户。

7.3 If services are terminated, the App will provide reasonable solutions for active subscriptions.

7.3 如服务终止,对于已购买的订阅期限内的服务,本应用将根据实际情况为用户提供合理的解决方案。

8.1 The App values user privacy. VIP services are subject to the App's Privacy Policy.

8.2 The App collects necessary information to provide VIP services but will not disclose personal information to third parties without user authorization.

9.1 The App is not liable for service interruptions or terminations due to force majeure, network quality, or third-party reasons.

9.1 本应用不对因不可抗力、网络服务质量、第三方原因等导致的VIP服务中断或终止承担责任。

9.2 The App bears no responsibility for losses resulting from user violations of this Agreement.

9.2 对于因用户违反本协议而导致的任何损失,本应用不承担任何责任。

​​10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​​

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.1 本协议的订立、执行和解释及争议的解决均应适用中华人民共和国法律。

10.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit in the competent court where the App operator is located.

10.2 如因本协议产生任何争议,双方应友好协商解决;协商不成的,任何一方均可向本应用运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

​​11. Agreement Modifications​​

11.1 The App may modify this Agreement at any time, with changes published in the App.

11.1 本应用有权随时对本协议的条款进行修改,修改后的条款将在应用内公布。

11.2 Continued use of VIP services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11.2 如用户在协议变更后继续使用VIP服务,即视为接受修改后的协议条款。
