This Privacy Policy applies to the Houer Insights mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Houer Tecnologia (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), and made available as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS.”

The Application does not collect precise information about the exact location of your mobile device.

However, the Application may collect approximate location data from your device, which helps the Service Provider determine your general geographic location and use it in the following ways:

Geolocation Services: The Service Provider uses location data to provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.

Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.

Google Play Services

Opt-Out Rights

You can easily stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstallation processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile app marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User-Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
If you wish to request the deletion of User-Provided Data submitted through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at luizhenrique@houer.com.br, and your request will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from such children.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will promptly delete that information from its servers.
