CJM Apps built the Horse Fitness app as an ad-supported app with optional premium features. This SERVICE is provided by CJM Apps at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Advertising

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data such as device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Free users will see interstitial ads between game sessions. Premium users who purchase the ad-free upgrade will not be shown any advertisements.

In-App Purchases

This app offers an optional one-time premium purchase to remove advertisements and unlock cosmetic items. Purchase transactions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data and device identifiers to verify and manage your purchase status. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Multiplayer and Network Features

This app uses Photon Engine for online multiplayer functionality. When using multiplayer features, Photon may collect connection data such as IP addresses and session identifiers to facilitate real-time gameplay. No personal information is shared with other players beyond your chosen display name.

Local Data Storage

This app stores your preferences (such as sound settings, equipped cosmetics, and premium status) locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to our servers and remains on your device.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
