English Cards Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the English Cards mobile application (the "Application") for Android and iOS devices, provided by Daniil Batsyn (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. The Application is provided "as is".
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect information when you download, install, and use it. This information may include:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, country or region, and device identifiers used for analytics, advertising attribution, push notifications, or subscriptions.
- Usage and diagnostics information, such as screens or features used, session events, errors, crashes, performance data, and the time and date of use.
- Purchase and subscription information, such as product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, and transaction-related metadata processed by app stores and subscription providers.
- User content that you choose to create or store inside the Application, such as custom word groups or learning progress stored locally on your device or in app storage.
- Notification tokens, if you enable push notifications.
The Application does not collect precise location data.
The Service Provider uses collected information to provide and improve the Application, maintain app functionality, analyze usage, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, send important notices, and comply with legal obligations.
Third Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies:

- when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, protect user safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider's behalf and process information under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may also use device settings to limit advertising identifiers, analytics permissions, and push notifications where available.
Data Retention
The Service Provider retains information for as long as needed to provide the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you would like to request deletion of user-provided data associated with the Application, contact the Service Provider at bacin123@mail.ru.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete it. Parents or guardians may contact bacin123@mail.ru for assistance.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information processed and maintained by the Application. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
Effective Date
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-06-09.
