Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to mobile applications and games created and provided by Savenkov Mikhail Igorevich, an individual developer, hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”.

The mobile applications and games covered by these Terms of Use are hereinafter referred to as the “Applications”.

The Applications are provided as Freemium services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Applications, you agree to these Terms of Use. You are advised to read these Terms carefully before using the Applications. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Applications.

License and Restrictions

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Applications for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Applications or any part of them
- Attempt to extract, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or access the source code of the Applications
- Translate, adapt, modify, or create derivative works based on the Applications
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the Applications in any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive way
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or functionality of the Applications

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Applications remain the property of the Developer or their respective owners.

Changes to the Applications

The Developer is dedicated to making the Applications useful, stable, and enjoyable. The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Applications at any time and for any reason.

The Developer may also add, change, or remove features, content, pricing, advertisements, in-app purchases, or other elements of the Applications. Any charges for paid features, in-app purchases, or services will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Freemium Services, Ads, and In-App Purchases

The Applications may be provided as free-to-play or Freemium services. This means that some features may be available for free, while optional content, virtual items, subscriptions, or other digital goods may be offered for purchase.

The Applications may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.

All purchases are processed through the applicable app store or platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. The Developer does not directly process payments and is not responsible for payment processing errors, refund decisions, or platform billing issues.

Refunds are handled according to the rules and policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Virtual Items and Digital Content

The Applications may include virtual items, in-game currency, skins, weapons, upgrades, or other digital content.

Virtual items and digital content have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Applications. The Developer may modify, balance, remove, or discontinue virtual items or digital content where necessary for gameplay, technical, legal, or business reasons.

User Responsibility

The Applications may store and process personal data as described in the Developer’s Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Applications. The Developer strongly advises against jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise modifying your device in a way that removes software restrictions or security protections. Such actions may expose your device to malware, viruses, or other security risks and may cause the Applications to function incorrectly or not at all.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with the Applications and has sufficient battery, storage, internet access, and system resources to use them.

Third-Party Services

The Applications may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.

The Applications may use, but are not limited to, the following third-party services:

- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Facebook
- Appodeal
- Unity
- Sentry
- AppLovin
- Vungle
- Adjust

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. The Developer is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Internet Connection and Data Charges

Some functions of the Applications may require an active internet connection, which can be provided by Wi-Fi or by your mobile network provider.

The Developer cannot be held responsible if the Applications do not function fully or correctly due to lack of internet access, poor connection quality, network restrictions, or exhausted data allowance.

If you use the Applications outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms may apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, roaming, or other third-party fees. By using the Applications, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Applications, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Updates

The Developer may update the Applications from time to time. The Applications are currently available for supported mobile operating systems, and system requirements may change over time.

You may need to download updates to continue using the Applications. The Developer does not guarantee that the Applications will always be updated, maintained, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

You agree to accept updates to the Applications when offered to you if you want to continue using them.

Availability and Termination

The Developer may suspend, restrict, or stop providing the Applications at any time without prior notice.

The Developer may also terminate or restrict your access to the Applications if you violate these Terms, misuse the Applications, attempt to interfere with their operation, or use them unlawfully.

Upon termination:

- The rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end
- You must stop using the Applications
- If necessary, you must delete the Applications from your device

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Applications are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

The Developer makes no warranties or guarantees that the Applications will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

The Developer does not guarantee that defects or errors will always be corrected or that the Applications will always be compatible with your device or operating system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, loss of purchases, loss of profits, device issues, or inability to use the Applications.

The Developer is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the Applications
- Internet connection issues
- Device problems
- Third-party services
- Unauthorized access to your device or account
- Changes, suspension, or termination of the Applications
- Reliance on any information, content, or functionality provided through the Applications

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the Applications is also governed by the Developer’s Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy to understand how data may be collected, used, and shared.

Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

You are advised to review these Terms regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Applications after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
