Emmanuel Mkwakwami built the Hairline app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Emmanuel Mkwakwami at no cost to users, only for businesses and shops with a logged-in user account, intending to create and manage appointments with users through the app.

Business Subscription Policy
In order for businesses to use our services to display their profile and market their business through the app, they are required to purchase a monthly in app subscription . Subscription fee may be subject to change however any price changes will be announced and clearly communicated at least 1 month in advance . Subscriptions are completely voluntary and cancelable at any time. Subscriptions are non-refundable and Emmanuel Mkwakwami will not be liable to refund for any accidental payments made in events where users may have thought to cancel a subscription but in fact did not .By subscribing, users agree not to press any charges on Mr. Emmanuel Mkwakwami on accounts of any charges made from the monthly subscriptions . Businesses and users that subscribed are not in any way promised to receive customers as customers act voluntarily however a subscription will allow users/customers to view and interact with subscribed business through the app . Mr. Emmanuel Mkwakwami is not responsible of getting businesses customers However ,is responsible for making sure the app functions smoothly and houses a safe & suitable platform for Cosmetic businesses and customers to reach and discover each other. Subscriptions have a 3 day grace period for businesses or users to pay the amount due or else the subscription is canceled and the businesses profile will no longer gain or manage any bookings nor will they be able to market themselves through the app until the amount due is paid . Subscriptions are managed by Google play (for android) and the App Store (IOS), management of subscriptions can be done through said platforms.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.
