• No Account Needed: You do not need to create an account with us to use the App.

• No Tracking: We do not track your location or usage patterns.

Crash Reporting We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Firebase or

Sentry). We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash reports provided directly by

Apple only if you have opted-in to share diagnostics with app developers through your

iOS device settings. These reports do not contain personal information.

Support Communications If you contact us via email for support, we will receive your

email address and the content of your message solely for the purpose of assisting you.

We do not use this contact information for marketing.

3. Data Storage and Syncing

All data you enter into Habits - Track and Evolve is stored locally on your device and

synced with your personal iCloud account.

• iCloud Syncing: The App utilizes Apple's state-of-the-art privacy-oriented services to

sync your data. This allows you to access your progress on a new iPhone or restore

your data after deleting the App.• Security: Your data resides in your personal iCloud storage. As long as no one can

access your iCloud account, no one can access your data.

• No Developer Access: We (the developers) cannot access, view, or modify your data

because it is encrypted within your private iCloud container.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not share any data with third parties, advertisers, or marketing partners.

• No Ads: The App does not contain advertisements.

• No External Tracking: The App does not integrate with social media plugins or

external marketing tools.

5. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Since we do not collect personal information from any user, no data regarding children

is transmitted to our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not maintain a user

email database, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
